VIRTUAL GROUP FITNESS TRAINING

A Interval training class where we combine free weights, interspersed with bursts of high intensity movements, so that you can build strength and burn fat.  

Single class (starting August 2nd, 2020)— $10 per class

We meet virtually via Google Meet

every sunday - STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING: 9:30AM - 10:15AM (WEIGHTS NEEDED)

every tuesday - CORE CLASS: 6:00pM - 6:45pM

every thursday - TOTAL BODY: 6:00pM - 6:45pM

Register for classes below.
(Sales tax will be added to all fees.)

All members are required to submit a signed waiver form before attending their first class.

A 45 min total body circuit styled interval workout utilizing resistance and body weight to help shape and strengthen the muscles, burn fat and improve cardiovascular endurance.
