    • Tuesdays at 6:00PM (EST) (45 MINS) - GIVE ME 30: CORE EDITION

    • Thursdays at 6:00PM (EST) (45 MINS) - GIVE ME 30: TOTAL BODY CONDITIONING EDITION

    • Sundays at 9:30AM (EST) (45 MINS) - 3:1 STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING

  • ALL LIVE WORKOUTS FOR THE MONTH ARE AVAILABLE ON DEMAND FOR MEMBERS VIA FACEBOOK

  • 4 WEEK FOLLOW ALONG FITNESS ROUTINE VIA MY PT HUB APP (for the days we do not train live)

  • ACCESS TO PRIVATE FB ACCOUNTABILITY GROUP

  • ONE PER WEEK 30-MINUTE GROUP COACHING SESSION

    • Sundays at 10:20AM (EST)
